Perth Basin

The company’s foundation assets are located in the Perth Basin north of Perth in Western Australia. ARC operates six onshore oil and gas fields in the region and holds interests in a further three, including one offshore facility.

The Perth Basin asset produces around 6,000 boepd of oil and 17.5TJ of gas per day.

Canning Basin

ARC holds the dominant acreage position in the most prospective region of the onshore Canning Basin in Australia’s north-west, with high equities in most permits.

Commencing in mid-2007, ARC’s frontier exploration program in the Canning is the largest ever in Western Australia. ARC also has foundation production facilities in the region in the Blina Oilfield.

Bass Basin

In May 2007, ARC purchased a 12.5% stake in the offshore BassGas project, in the Bass Basin south of Melbourne, Australia.

With one producing field and a number of gas condensate discoveries, the BassGas project currently produces over 60TJ of gas and around 3,000 bbls of liquids per day.
