- The timetable and the dates above (and the references to these dates throughout this Scheme Booklet) are only indicative and ARC can vary these times and dates without directly notifying ARC Shareholders. However, changes will be announced to ASX and notified on the ARC websiteat www.arcenergy.com.au. Certain dates are conditional on the approval of those dates by ASX and the Court.
