- Marie Malaxos
Marie joined ARC Energy in 2002 and was appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2006.
Previously, her most recent roles included engineering, technical services, development and surface operations management for various energy companies having spent her early career in technical and management roles on the Dampier to Bunbury, Goldfields and Parmelia Pipelines in Western Australia.
Marie is on the Board of Governors of the Petroleum Club of WA and the Board of APIA (The Australian Pipeline Industry Association.)
- Adrian Cook
Adrian joined ARC Energy in 2006, having been Chief Financial Officer of Clough Limited’s oil and gas business unit where he managed a large and diverse finance team across Australia and South East Asia.
Previously Adrian held a number of senior roles with Rio Tinto Limited, and in total has over 18 years experience in the financial and accounting arena.
