ARC’s Board of Directors has resolved to aspire to “best practice” corporate governance, and has integrated the 10 core principles recommended by the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) into its governance policy together with ARC’s own specific principles.
ARC Energy’s corporate governance policy and 11 principles are detailed in its latest Annual Report, and are summarised below.
